Danyel Conolley, Director, Management Consulting Services, has many years of school district administrative experience in the areas of school finance, human resources management, and employer-employee relations. Danyel has extensive experience in all aspects of school district operations and brings expertise in organizational leadership and development, risk management, employment and personnel management, employee benefits, workplace investigations, facilitation, and collective bargaining to the SSC team.

While in the field, Danyel successfully worked to revise and improve school systems by focusing on efficiency through the use of technology. She developed and provided professional training programs for classified staff and school leadership teams. Danyel has successfully managed recruitment efforts for school personnel with a focus on employee retention. Her vast experience in the field and advanced education in Human Resources contribute to her expertise in personnel management and organizational development.

Danyel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Humboldt University. She also received her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from National University. For more than 18 years, Danyel has served school districts in California and most recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Woodland Joint Unified School District.
